In case of delay or cancellation, the airline is responsible for informing you and offering alternatives (refund, rebooking, care). Contact your airline through its official channels (phone or social media).
Lost or damaged baggage
For baggage incidents, email us at contacto@ame.mx or reach us on our social media. Include the airport, airline, flight and a description of the issue. Keep your baggage receipt and any documentation provided by the airline.
