Depending on your nationality you may need a visa or Multiple Migration Form (FMM). Citizens of many countries can enter as visitors without a visa for short stays. Check the National Institute of Migration website.
If you are Mexican and travelling abroad
Each country has its own requirements: visa, electronic authorisation (ESTA, eTA) or exemption. Check with the consulate of your destination country in good time.
