Our Barrier-Free assistance service is available at all airports. Request in advance the support you need for getting around the terminal, priority boarding or wheelchair. You can book through your airline or by contacting the airport.
Babies, minors and pregnant passengers
We have changing facilities, nursing areas and priority lanes when needed. Pregnant women may fly according to each airline's policy; we recommend carrying medical documentation on long-haul flights.
Medical needs
If you travel with medication, medical equipment or oxygen, contact your airline in advance to coordinate documentation and allowed baggage under Mexican and international regulations.
